Break The Silence On Mental Health
walk so kids can talk
Sunday, May 1, 2011
If you want to make a difference for kids in your community while working with a fantastic team of volunteers, then we want to hear from you!
For the past 10 years, thousands of people just like you have volunteered for the Walk for Kids Help Phone. Since those first steps were taken in 2001, our volunteers have helped the Walk grow to become a nationwide movement dedicated to breaking the silence on mental health.
This year, you can become part of that movement by volunteering for the Walk.
Applying is easy:
1. Select a PROVINCE from the map below OR from the first drop down menu on the right
2. Select a LOCATION from the list of official walk sites from the second drop down menu
3. SCROLL down below the map to see more information about your chosen location. Once you’ve submitted the city you’d like to volunteer in, we’ll be in touch with you about opportunities at your local Walk site.
